Peter Leviticus Hutter was an American outlaw who lived in the latter-half of the 19th century. Considered by some to be the fastest draw west of the Colorado, he was never without his trusted gun, which he lovingly referred to as his piece.

Originally a recurring thorn in Brisco County, Jr.'s side, he later becomes a reluctant ally.
